Our Single Pot Still expression of this uniquely Irish style of whiskey is part aged in Bourbon casks and part in Sherry Butts. Light brown in appearance with herbaceous and biscuit aromas and a distinct zesty note.

Our Single Pot Still has pronounced tart and fruit flavours balanced by a beautiful spice undercurrent. Subtle sherry notes develop nicely in the aftertaste.
