Hinch Brasserie is our restaurant located within the grounds of the Visitors Centre & Courtyard and we offer visitors the unique experience to dine at a working distillery.
You will be guaranteed a warm welcome and can relax in the sumptuous surroundings of our restaurant and bar. Meet for lunch or dinner with friends, family or work colleagues or simply enjoy a drink from the bar of Hinch Irish Whiskey, Ninth Wave Irish Gin or wines from Chateau De La Ligne, owned by the distillery’s founder, Dr. Terry Cross O.B.E.
Our menu showcases what is best about County Down. With passion and care we source the finest meats, poultry and seasonal fruit & vegetables from our local farmers, as well as seafood direct to our door from local fisheries.
